Our mission is to provide exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests while maximizing revenue for property owners. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage our growing portfolio.
Job Description:
As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our Airbnb and short-term rental properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:
– Guest Communication: Handle inquiries, bookings, and guest support through various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
– Reservation Management: Oversee booking calendars, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and manage cancellations and modifications.
– Property Coordination: Work with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers to ensure properties are guest-ready.
– Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
– Listing Optimization: Assist in creating and updating property listings, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and bookings.
– Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the management team.
Requirements:
– Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is required. Direct experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management is highly preferred.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
– Comfortable using Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms.
– Experience with or willingness to learn the following programs:
– Hospitable: Our CMS for managing properties.
– PriceLabs: For dynamic pricing management.
– Turno: For cleaning management.
– Slack/WhatsApp: For team communication.
– Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility to handle urgent matters as they arise.
– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest issues and operational challenges calmly and efficiently.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $4-8 per hour, depending on experience.
Weekly Expectation: 40 hours per week.
Bonuses: Earn $100-200 per new property closed through your lead lists. You will not need to close or call owners; your role will be to set up leads for our team to follow up.
