Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team and facilitate the growth of our Amazon business. This role requires expertise in various tools such as Keepa, Seller Am, bqool, Slack, and Seller Central, as well as proficiency in store front stocking, manual sourcing, and other sourcing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
Utilize Keepa, Seller Am, bqool, and other relevant tools to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
Efficiently navigate Slack for effective communication within the team.
Perform store front stocking and ensure optimized storefront presentation.
Employ manual sourcing techniques and other methods to identify potential product leads.
Provide 8-10 high-quality leads daily, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing skills.
Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute plans for business growth.
Requirements:

Proven experience (1year) as a Virtual Assistant specifically within an Amazon business setting.
Proficiency in Keepa, Seller Am, bqool, Slack, and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong store front stocking skills to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
Expertise in manual sourcing and various sourcing methodologies.
Capability to generate 8-10 leads daily, showcasing effective sourcing abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Capacity to grow into a buying manager role, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
Enthusiastic about monthly bonuses and motivated to achieve set targets.
Ability to adapt and learn new tools and processes quickly.
