As a Virtual Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meticulous data entry and efficient client information management.
• Streamlining calendar, email, and appointment management.
• Excelling in appointment scheduling and prompt follow-ups.
• Contributing to social media management, including graphic design.
• Expertise in Infusionsoft is a plus.
• Leading tasks and maintaining an independent work ethic.
• Fostering excellent communication and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially in handling spreadsheets and documents.
• Familiarity with various communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, and Asana.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic social media management.
• Quick adaptability to new software and systems for enhanced productivity.
• Previous experience with CRM management tools is a PLUS .
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and harmoniously within a team.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude and the drive to find innovative solutions.
• Having experience as a Real Estate VA is a definite advantage.
• Knowledgeable/Experienced in accounting and Quickbooks is a PLUS
