Job Description

Hello!

I’m looking to hire 2-3 full time (30-40 hours/week) virtual assistants (potential for full time) to support my clients in Canadian and American based companies working on administrative tasks (including social media) and creating systems for their businesses.

Please do not apply if you already applied for a position with me before.

You will work with solopreneurs (mainly speakers, authors & coaches) who are also being trained by me in how to delegate and pass off tasks. You will be working with 2-3 clients at a time and I will be helping you and your clients to work well together.

We hope this can move to full time employment and you will become a part of our team long term.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role (please don’t apply if you have no experience)
Great organizational skills
Amazing attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Familiarity with Infusionsoft or a similar CRM
Experience with publishing podcasts a bonus

ABOUT YOU:

Detail oriented – yes I shared this twice as it’s crucial for my business
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently

Able to manage 3 clients at a time

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures as needed
General admin tasks
Using a CRM to email and create email sequences/campaigns
Writing/preparing newsletters
Website updates
Blog posting
Uploading podcasts
Content creation
Social media posting
Organizing Facebook group posts
Editing video and audio
Could be full-time right away with 30-40 hours so must be able to take the hours and not have another job or student position needing a lot of your attention and time.
Must have some hours between 4am PT – 8pm PT to be able to speak with the clients.

Training provided as needed as well as support from me and my VAs to help you be successful

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
You will receive the 13th month
We give pay increases based on performance
