Kristyl Media, LLC is a dynamic digital marketing agency based in the State of Washington. We specialize in providing innovative marketing solutions to our clients, leveraging the latest in digital marketing technology and strategies. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team, with a strong focus on implementing and managing ClickUp within our agency’s structure. Experience with Go High-Level is also highly regarded.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement ClickUp into Kristyl Media’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless integration that aligns with our agency’s workflow and objectives.
Manage and optimize ClickUp for project management, including setting up projects, tasks, timelines, and reminders for the team.
Train team members on how to use ClickUp effectively, creating guides and resources as necessary.
Attend regular company Zoom meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and stay aligned with the team’s needs and goals.
Assist with the management of Go High-Level accounts, including setup, integration, and campaign management, if applicable.
Perform administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and other operational support to ensure the smooth running of the agency.
Collaborate with team members across different projects, providing support and ensuring deadlines are met.
Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices for ClickUp and Go High-Level, recommending improvements to internal processes.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with specific experience in implementing and managing ClickUp in a business setting.
Familiarity with Go High-Level is highly beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Willingness to attend company meetings via Zoom during PST business hours.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software.
