About Us: We are BOLDER Digital and offer a virtual assistant hiring agency out of Australia helping align amazing people based in the Philippines connect with their dream client for a long and happy time.

Company Overview:
Our client is a dynamic company offering a range of services including photography, videography, marketing, social media management, and web design. We are seeking a talented and versatile Website Designer/Developer to join our team and work remotely from the Philippines. Tasmania, Australia (Remote, based in the Philippines, working on Australian Eastern Time Zone 9 AM – 5 PM)

Job Type: Full-Time – Long term

Compensation: To be negotiated

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development:
Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Develop responsive and functional websites using the latest web technologies.
Know how to use a range of different softwares.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance.

Bookkeeping (Preferred but not essential):
Use Xero platform for bookkeeping tasks.
Manage Payroll, financial records, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Lead Generation and Cold Calling (Preferred but not essential):
Identify and generate leads for potential business opportunities.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services and set up meetings.

Social Media Marketing (Preferred but not essential):
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance online presence.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and analyse social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Business Development (Preferred but not essential):
Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Running Ads on Facebook and Google (Preferred but not essential):
Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Monitor and optimise ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Analyse ad metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in website design and development.
Portfolio: Provide examples of live websites you have designed and developed.
Accreditation: Relevant certifications or degrees in web design, development, or related fields are preferred.

Additional Skills:
Proficiency in using the Xero platform for bookkeeping tasks.
Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Expertise in running and managing ads on Facebook and Google.
