– PHP 90,000 – 100,000 per month
– 13th Month Bonus

– 5-day work week: Mon-Fri
– Flexible hours but we do require at least a daily 4-hour overlap with UK office hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and maintain robust web applications using , Docker, TypeScript, , and Tailwind CSS
– Design and implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on user experience
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design features, and ship high-quality code
– Optimise applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability
– Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure code quality and stability
– Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack
– Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
REQUIREMENTS:
– Can work the command line
– Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
– Strong proficiency in , Docker, TypeScript, , and Tailwind CSS
– Experience with server-side frameworks such as Fastify
– Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
– Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
– Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
– Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean
– Familiarity with front-end build tools like vite
– Understanding of Agile methodologies
– Contribution to open-source projects or personal projects is an advantage
