We are looking for a Fullstack React / Node Developer to join our team small team of 2 engineers. If you want the opportunity the build cool things in AI and grow with the team, this would be great for you. We also have many growth opportunities to grow into a tech lead if are motivated.

Qualifications:
– Has worked in production code, and is comfortable pushing code to staging and production environments daily
– Excellent writing skills and the ability to discern well-crafted content.
– High responsiveness, strong organizational skills, and reliable internet connectivity with video capability
– Tech Stack: , Typescript, , Redis, Postgres, LLMs
– Years of Experience: 5 years minimum (or 3 years at a high growth startup)
– Ability to work full-time, early morning (6am – 3pm) Philippines Time

– Salary range of 75 – 120k PHP
– Regular quarterly bonuses (4-24% of annual pay, paid through the year based on exceptional performance)

3. Successful candidates will be invited for a couple of 30-minute interviews to assess culture fit and conduct a technical interview (React coding)
4. Selected candidates will undergo a paid 2-week trial, with weekly evaluations to decide on continued engagement.
