Job Description

I am looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range:  PHP 100,000 – 120,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-have:
3+ years of experience with WordPress development and design
Programming skills with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with API integrations for payment processing & other 3rd party integrations 
Experience setting up DNS hosting via Cloudflare, AWS, or similar tools
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Fluent English written and spoken
Ability to work EST US time zone (as much as possible with some flexibility)
Has experience working in the GY Shift
Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST)

Core Task:

Development, design, and implementation of WordPress website utilizing WordPress plugins, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Setting up the new DNS hosting (Cloudflare, AWS, or similar tools)
Building the new customer portal backend
Set up and integrate chat tools such as ZenDesk
Set up and connect the brand new CRM (likely Zoho)
Setting up and troubleshooting Google Analytics 4 within the WordPress site
Integrate 3rd party fulfillment partners, set up APIs, and merchant portals, and connect payment gateways
API integration and functionality 
Design website’s functionality and navigation – client to provide vision/parameters
Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Design website’s visual appearance – client to provide creative brief/direction
Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
Communicate over Slack with the team daily
Maintain and support site functionality ongoing
Additional tasks as assigned

Nice to Have:
Experience with Facebook Pixels
Experience with payment portals, merchant processing, and commerce 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with PHP, and MySQL, is a plus
