Position: Process Creation Interview
Availability: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM US Pacific Timezone
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization dedicated to helping American businesses streamline their operations through process documentation. Our mission is to empower businesses with efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive productivity and success. We are currently seeking a full-time Process Creation Interviewer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Process Creation Interviewer, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and documenting business processes from American business owners and their team members. Your responsibilities will encompass:
• Conducting Interviews: Engage in interviews with American business owners and team members, utilizing a predefined set of questions to elicit detailed information about their processes.
• Producing Interview Notes: Diligently document interview responses and insights, creating comprehensive and accurate interview notes that will serve as the foundation for SOP creation.
• Coordination: Collaborate effectively with our internal team to translate interview recordings into clear and precise SOPs, ensuring the documented processes accurately reflect the information gathered.
• Building Rapport: Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients, fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship throughout the interview process.
• Organization and Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule efficiently to ensure timely completion of interviews and documentation.
• Language Proficiency: Be an excellent English speaker with a preference for no discernible accent, ensuring clear communication during interviews and document creation.
• Workspace: Maintain a conducive and professional workspace to conduct interviews and complete tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Previous experience in interviewing or process documentation is a plus.
• Access to a stable and secure workspace conducive to conducting interviews.
• Reliable internet connectivity.
