In this role, you’ll be working as a fulltime remote Business Admin for an Australian based company – our business is in construction of multi-townhouse projects and luxury homes.

Your role as a Sale and Marketing VA is to assist Sale and Marketing team, with various tasks in digital marketing and customer relationship.

1) Excellent commutation skills – ability to express yourself clearly and logically
[You will be asked to send through some voice recordings and a short video – as part of our screening process]

2) Previous experience in sale and/or marketing
[You will asked to provide examples of your work in the past]

3) Ability to learn fast, think logically, find solutions
[You will be asked to learn a new tool and perform some tests – as part of our screening process. This step will take a few hours of your time to learn the tool on your own and complete the test at the end]

Some other tasks that will fall into your basket are: recruitment assistant, research, project co-ordination
We will also create opportunities for you to grow in areas of your strengths.

*** MUST HAVE experience with business processes, can follow workflow processes and make suggestions for improvement
*** MUST BE proactive, switch-on, can multi-task, is organised, fast learner, highly technology savvy, reliable, and warm-hearted

This is a full-time work-from-home job, that requires a professional home office setting.

– Must be able to work at 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM AEDT timezone

– A quiet, noise-free home office space with an optimal setup for distance work.
