Here are the type of work I’ll need done on a regular basis:

Uploading Etsy POD products

Uploading Etsy Digital products

Creating and uploading mockup images for products

Using AI tools to generate product descriptions

Updating tags and keyword-rich titles so pieces rank via SEO

We have multiple Etsy stores that sell POD (Print-On-Demand) products and also digital products too and we need someone who can constantly help list new products.

The art for our store comes in via myself (Benjamin Jacques, site founder) or art that’s licensed from other artists or even art that’s created by AI software.

I need someone who’s able to take this art and upload it on various POD products as well as providing the digital versions of the files for sale on a separate store as well.

Right now we have canvas wall art as the POD deliverable but will be branching into offering designs on other products too as we get the canvas side of things dialed in with your help so we can consistently upload new designs every day.

THAT IS THE GOAL: UPLOAD NEW DESIGNS EVERY SINGLE DAY

You may be handling things like graphic design for mockups or going in and talking to Printify support to make sure an order is on track or answering a customer question or two that the inbox while you’re working even though you’re not necessarily support.

There are a lot of different faces to this job when it comes to “Uploading new listings daily” so I need someone who can learn fast and is going to be A+ all around.

Here’s what I’m looking for in someone for this position:

VERY good at crafting high-quality product listings. You look at most product listings other people do and cry a little bit inside because their listings are missing all the awesome elements you would have remembered to include in yours

FAMILIAR WITH SEO since Etsy is an SEO game and we will need to do things like ensure our listings use SEO-friendly titles and tags

CONSTANT FRESH IDEAS so you’re not just someone turning a wrench in the company but someone who’s coming to us with new ideas about how we can improve, as well as spying on competitors to see what kinds of products of theirs are winning that we can replicate for our own website

EXCELLENT communication. I CANNOT have long periods where I don’t hear back from you or where it’s hard to get in touch. We need to be in communication constantly so we’re both on the same page

EXCELLENT English. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE SOMETIMES so you need to have a solid grasp of the English language, be able to speak and understand English well

NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions

NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make mistakes. It just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we’ll just setup a system to make sure it doesn’t get repeated. Simple as that!

EYE FOR CONVERSION. The flow of the listing is one that is there to convert someone viewing the listing into someone who’s BUYING the listing, so I need you focused on conversion when you’re listing each and every product for sale

DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn’t freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes designing, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself
