I am looking for someone who can take AI-generated content and:

1. Run it through a tool we use to paraphrase everything so it’s no longer detectable by AI content, allowing us to not worry about future Google penalties.

2. Take that piece of content and run it through Grammarly so that we can auto-clean as many spelling and grammar mistakes as possible.

3. Run through the writing MANUALLY and correct anything you see that still feels “Off” so you can create the best readability experience possible.

4. Take that text back into a tool we use called Neuron Writer and continue to optimize the SEO score until it breaks 90% so we can outrank competition.

5. Publish the post to WordPress and strategically insert images (AI or stock) throughout the post to create a nice visual experience for the reader.

6. Add call to actions throughout the post that are promoting the various products we’re selling in the posts so that the posts can actually make us money.

Everything we write is literally designed around getting people to take whatever call to action we are currently giving them, whether that be to click a link, opt-in to a list, buy a product, etc.

That means whenever you’re writing you must keep the sole purpose of the writing in mind (getting the reader to take a desired action) vs. getting lost in the writing itself.

We have multiple brands that we run so we’ll be talking to different types of customers.

You’ll always be given information about WHO we’re looking to talk TO so you know who they are with a full rundown of the exact avatar we’re speaking to.

Our goal is always to provide them with value and sell them our solution whether it’s a product or service.

We are looking for editors who are familiar with the process of taking content from AI tools and making it non-detectable by AI detectors but also very easily readable so we can stay safe long term and provide a better experience for the end reader.

We want everything to add LIFE to our posts and be able to influence and guide people on a journey to make a decision that is in their best interest.

When it comes to blog posts, we also want someone who can help write the post for our audience but also SEO optimize the post to include our main keyword and similar keywords in the writing without making it sound any less natural.

You’ll be shown how to either order the posts with an AI tool or just be given AI generated content, but either way we need to run it through the numbered points I mentioned earlier so it’s non-detectable, readable, and ranks well.

We have training on how to do everything we need you to do but we definitely need to start with someone who is phenomenal at blog post editing and has written for marketers in their campaigns before. CRITICAL you are familiar with AI writer tools.

Here’s what I’m looking for in someone for this position:

– Ridiculously good at writing and editing. Like you look at other writers and editors and feel sorry for them because you know that they can’t even touch the quality of your work. You know you can write and edit amazing pieces of content that get people to pay attention and take action and create a great user experience.

– FAST delivery. I need quick turnaround times for everything so that we get projects done FAST

– EXCELLENT communication. I CANNOT have long periods where I don’t hear back from you or where it’s hard to get in touch.

– We need to be in communication constantly so we’re both on the same page

– EXCELLENT english. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE SOMETIMES so you need to have a solid grasp of the english language, be able to speak and understand english well

– NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions

– NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make mistakes. It just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we’ll just setup a system to make sure it doesn’t get repeated. Simple as that!

– EYE FOR CONVERSION. All our pieces of content are there to not just give value but also guide the reader through a journey where they’re ready to take action with us at the end and click over to our funnel for whatever it is we’re offering

– DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn’t freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes designing, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself

– Has a fast internet connection

– Has a Skype account (or are willing to create one for free)
