We’re looking for a senior Reddit marketer who can help us:

1 – Post content in multiple subreddits

2 – Manage and promote our own subreddits

3 – Locate new subreddits for us to market in

We work in a fun entertainment industry and are constantly marketing on Reddit and we need help there so we can really scale out our operations to grow our business even more.

You’ll work in an environment that:

1 – Constantly has new work for you and new ways to make money

2 – Treats it’s employees fair with a chill boss who will make you feel at home

3 – Let’s you work on your own hours (minus posting to SubReddits at hot posting times)

We expect you to come to the table with serious Reddit experience…

…but we’ll also walk you through training about how to do EVERYTHING we need you to do.

We’ll also be investing into Reddit trainings to help you get better at what you do.

Here’s a few things we’re looking for when it comes to someone for this position:

1 – VERY solid experience with Reddit. You know how to grow Reddit accounts, how to grow Karma, how to grow SubReddits, how to manage subreddits, how to navigate and market on Reddit without getting banned

2 – Your own computer at home to work on (no internet cafe computers)

3 – Fast and reliable internet connection

4 – SOLID english. You’ll be typing in english and will need to be on the phone sometimes

5 – Not afraid of pressure and tight deadlines

6 – Always willing to get better, ask for feedback, seek help when you need it

7 – Access to Skype or willing to download Skype to communicate with us
