Hey my friend, Benjamin here,

I’m the founder of a social media marketing agency that is rapidly growing and looking for EXPERIENCED social media communicators to help us grow.

If you’re looking for a fun job where you can work from home and not only get paid by the hour but ALSO get paid via commission, this is the right job for you.

We’ll be pulling in new members regularly on our social media platforms and need experienced communicators to talk to the fans on multiple platforms to help upsell them.

We’re building an ARMY of experienced communicators that can talk with our members around the clock and upsell them consistently.

You’ll need to come to this job with experience but we will consistently be providing you with new training, all the material you need to upsell, and upsell scripts you can follow to help you make as much money as possible since you get paid on commission.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a social media communicator:

– PERFECTLY FLUENT ENGLISH LANGUAGE

– EXPERIENCE WITH INDUSTRY COMMUNICATION CRMS

– Ridiculously good at communicating/messaging & upselling. Like you look at other communicators and feel sorry for them because you know that they can’t even touch the quality of your communication.

– I need quick turnaround times for everything so that we get messages started fast and you have EXCELLENT communication with myself and the team. I CANNOT have long periods where I don’t hear back from you or where it’s hard to get in touch. We need to be in communication constantly so we’re both on the same page

– NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make mistakes. It just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we’ll just set up a system to make sure it doesn’t get repeated. Simple as that!

– This is absolutely critical DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn’t freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes communicating/messaging, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself

– Your own computer you can work on from your own home

– Someone who wants to build a relationship with our members

– Someone who is willing to make requests from us when you see things that our members want to buy

– Understanding of how to cut out time waster clients without being rude to them

We’ll bring in the new members and CONSTANTLY provide you with new content and upsell sequences and that’s where you come in doing the rest, communicating with our members with the goal to upsell them as much as humanely possible while keeping them around and BUYING long term by feeling like they are developing a relationship with our brand.
