We provide a “done with you” fix your credit Academy program, free webinars, and a wealth of materials and trainings to support our clients. Additionally, our extensive network grants access to exclusive earning resources, premium business formation services, mentorship, and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a Fund Yourself Concierge to join our team. As a Fund Yourself Concierge, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients and ensuring their successful onboarding into our resources. You will work closely with our renowned founder, Nick, to promote his expertise and drive leads to the Fund Yourself program. Your responsibilities will include:

– Engaging with clients and potential clients on social media platforms
– Onboarding new clients and providing support throughout their journey
– Making phone calls to new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
– Optimizing our social media accounts and creating graphics and promotional materials
– Sending cold messages to potential leads on Instagram
– Following up with clients and leads from our free webinar
– Handling client requests and addressing any customer service issues
– Maintaining client satisfaction and building strong relationships

Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong social media management skills
– Ability to engage and connect with clients
– Proactive and result-oriented mindset
– Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Familiarity with credit resources and financial literacy is a plus
