Job Overview:
Join GWE as a dynamic Fundraising and Donor Relations Coordinator, where you’ll spearhead our fundraising efforts from the ground up, utilizing a blend of cold-calling and email marketing strategies. This role is perfect for a proactive, communication-savvy individual passionate about making a difference. You’ll be instrumental in securing vital resources for GWE’s programs, identifying new donors, and cultivating lasting relationships, all within a remote setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Cold-Calling and Donor Acquisition
Email Marketing Campaigns
Donor Relationship Management
Fundraising Strategy and Execution
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
Personal & Professional Conduct

Position Qualification:
Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in persuasive speaking and motivation techniques over the phone.
Advanced organizational capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Proficient in using Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Mailchimp, and other communication and management tools.
Capable of independent work as well as collaboration in a remote team setting.
A BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field, with a particular focus on cold-calling and donor/customer acquisition.
Prior work in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations is highly valued.

Work Environment
This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Applicants should have a dedicated home office space and the willingness to work flexible hours to engage donors across time zones and support virtual events.
