Are you a conversion-oriented, funnel builder?

Looking to hire an experienced web designer to help me with designing, developing, and launching landing pages for clients in the home-service space.

This is a part-time role for someone that’s looking for flexibility and prefers to work on their own time. The expected weekly commitment is around 20 hours a week, but you’re free to work on your own schedule.

Requirements:

1. Web Design Experience – A clear understanding of solid design principles and UI/UX experience. I need someone that can make good-looking landing pages that are effective at converting visitors into conversions for lead generation.

2. Reliable communication – I don’t mind when you work, but I need someone that is available for communication and has a reliable internet connection, phone access to slack, and emails.

3. Perfect English – Looking for someone that has a solid grasp of the English language.

4. Proof of past work – With your submission, I need links to live websites or PDFs/Figma files of some of your best web-design work.

5. Looking to learn – I’ve spent thousands of dollars on courses for Landing Page development, and I’m looking for someone that’s excited to learn more and become a better designer and copywriter. If you can get to the point of launching landing pages, including all copywriting, design, and development, I’m more than happy to pay double the wage.

6. Development Experience – You should have a solid understanding of how to develop the designs that you create. We use primarily WordPress and Elementor. But you should have an understanding of basic HTML/CSS and WordPress.

7. Conversion-Focused experience- I need someone that understands how to build landing pages that convert. Fundamentals like AIDA, and creating trust signals are critical for home-service businesses. Looking for someone that understands this (I will provide training, for the right candidate).

Compensation:

Pay ranges based on experience, portfolio of work, and commitment to growth and learning.

Part-Time (20hrs/Week) – $800 – $1200 /Month (Based on experience) + Monthly Bonuses for Hitting Deadlines

If you can design, develop, and do copywriting- compensation can increase up to $1500/month for part-time work.

Work Culture:

Very easy-going work culture. I’m looking for someone that’s responsible and disciplined and can get the projects done on time. I don’t set your hours, or when you work, but I do expect certain tasks to be accomplished. How or when you get those tasks done is entirely up to you.
