We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our consulting and merger and acquisition company, specializing in utilizing the platform. As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to create and optimize lead generation funnels to drive growth and generate qualified leads for our company.
Responsibilities:
Funnel Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation funnel strategies.
Conduct thorough research on target audience, industry trends, and competitors to inform funnel development.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for lead generation.
Funnel Creation and Optimization:
Utilize the platform to build high-converting lead generation funnels.
Develop engaging landing pages, opt-in forms, and thank you pages.
Implement effective lead nurturing sequences to convert prospects into qualified leads.
Continuously test and optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize results.
Content Development:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and persuasive content for funnel pages.
Develop lead magnets and downloadable resources to attract and capture leads.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout the funnel.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor funnel performance using analytics tools to track key metrics.
Generate regular reports on funnel performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize funnel performance and increase lead conversion rates.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and clients using .
Stay updated on platform features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in creating and optimizing lead generation funnels, preferably using or similar platforms.
Proficient in utilizing various components of a funnel, such as landing pages, opt-in forms, email sequences, and thank you pages.

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot issues related to funnel implementation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
