Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled Funnels and CRM Experts to join our team. The ideal candidates will be adept at using various funnel and CRM platforms to create, manage, and optimize sales funnels and customer relationship management processes. This role requires a deep understanding of funnel strategy, CRM systems, and the ability to leverage these tools to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Funnel Creation and Management:
– Design, build, and optimize sales funnels using platforms such as ClickFunnels, Groove CM, Kajabi, Kartra, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

2. CRM Management:
– Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data, streamlined processes, and effective communication.
– Utilize CRM tools to segment audiences, automate workflows, and enhance customer experience.

3. Campaign Development:
– Create and execute marketing campaigns that integrate seamlessly with sales funnels and CRM systems.
– Monitor campaign performance to make data-driven improvements.

4. Platform Expertise:
– Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for ClickFunnels, Groove CM, Kajabi, Kartra, GoHighLevel (GHL) and other similar CRMs.
– Provide recommendations on platform selection and optimization based on business needs.

5. Integration and Automation:
– Integrate various tools and platforms to create a cohesive marketing and sales ecosystem.
– Implement automation to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.

6. Performance Monitoring:
– Track and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of funnels and CRM strategies.
– Use analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience with ClickFunnels, Groove CM, Kajabi, Kartra, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Strong understanding of sales funnel strategies and CRM best practices.
– Proficiency in creating and managing complex funnels and automated workflows.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
