As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Kartra Funnels Tech Virtual Assistant to join our amazing team.

Role Overview:
– This position is a remote, part-time role that will require anywhere from 7-15 hours/week. Successful completion of a 3-month trial period will make you eligible for bonuses depending on the results of our launch. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and a chance to work in a virtual environment with a supportive and engaged team from the US and Philippines.
– Please note, in addition to other perks, once a year, we go on an all-expenses-paid magical team retreat (last time it was on Boracay Island in the Philippines) with our team for team building, learning, and fun! Team culture is our #1 priority and we are only looking for someone who is a team player and loves being a part of something bigger than themselves.

We utilize a range of cutting-edge tools and platforms to power our operations. Proficiency, not just familiarity, with the following are REQUIRED:
ALL of Kartra (for course hosting, emails, automation, sales pages, tracking data, and more)
– FB Ads/Meta Business Suite
– Google Suite
– Google Analytics
– Webinarjam and Everwebinar
– Zapier
– EasyWebinar
– Airtable
– UTM links tracking
– Zoom
– Notion (for SOPs)
– Asana for task management
– Slack for team communications
– *YouTube (optional, but preferable)*
– *Active Campaign (optional, but preferable)*
Key Responsibilities REQUIRED for this role:
– **Monitor and track data meticulously on a weekly basis. (Email opens/clicks/lead magnet downloads, ads Vs organic leads, conversion rates etc). This person will typically meet once a week with the CEO along with our ads manager to go over numbers.**
– We LOVE tracking numbers, because we believe numbers tell us the story of how things are performing, so if you don’t love accurately and meticulously tracking numbers on sheets, this role is NOT for you.
– **Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and insights to improve our processes and results.**
– Again, we are looking for a team player to co-create this dream with us (Team work makes the dream work!). If you are only used to working by yourself and do not enjoy brainstorming with the team or presenting your insights, this role is NOT for you.
– **Continuously test funnels, pages, and automation to catch and resolve any potential errors earlier than later.**
– We want high-level thinkers for this role capable of owning this area. Although we don’t expect 100% perfection, we expect that every team member checks (and double checks) their own work to deliver only their best work to our team.
– **Display accountability, integrity, and a strong commitment to our core company values.**
– We want this person to be a problem solver and work along side of our team of other problem solvers. We know mistakes happen, and we are here to support you to do your best work. But if there is always an excuse for something not being delivered on time, or if there’s always a “tech glitch” happening to you stopping you from performing at your highest level, this role is NOT for you.
– **Understands how to switch from task to task quickly and effectively manage your time as an individual**
– We move fast and are efficient at GCPR, and believe that everyone is an expert in their own domain. This means knowing how to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and timelines, while communicating effectively with the team by asking questions, asking for clarifications, and getting the information/tools/resources to do what’s needed to move in a forward direction. If you get easily overwhelmed with multiple tasks/clients and are not good at prioritizing, organizing your time, or have difficulty asking for more instructions w hen needed, this is role is NOT for you.
– **Play an integral role in supporting and empowering female founders through your contributions.**

Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience and proficiency with the listed tech stack.
– At least 3+ years working in Kartra and funnels and having worked with at least 6 coaching/course creator clients
– Passionate about your work and excited to operate in your zone of genius.
– Excellent at tracking and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions.
– Proactive, creative, and eager to contribute ideas and insights from seeing patterns and learning from our data—not just finishing tasks like a check-list.
– Possesses accountability and integrity as core values.
– Knows how to effectively task switch and manage your time as a professional.
– Enjoys collaborating with a diverse team and contributing to a big mission.
