Game Operation Specialist

A Game Operation Specialist is responsible for providing excellent player experience by acting as a main link between the players and developer team. The role entails interacting with the players on behalf of the development team, providing accurate and timely information to customers, identifying potential issues that may result in negative game experience. The role requires in-depth gaming customer service experience and a commitment to the team’s values.

General Responsibilities:
Solve game related issues for the players via live chat and online ticketing system Helpshift.
Professionally and quickly resolve players’ questions and issues in a friendly and expedient manner.
Be an active member of the Community, chatting out the game and more, and providing help through daily conversations with our community.
Play the game each day to always stay up to date of the latest releases, strategies, and bugs.

Position Requirements:
Has passion for online/mobile games.
Have experience playing Axie or other web3 games is a plus.
Must play the Honeyland Game and be an active part of the Discord Community
Work experience of 2+ years in the game industry ideally.
Work experience of 2+ years as a Customer Service Representative minimum.
Experience as a Community Manager is a plus.
Has experience using ticketing/project management systems such as Helpshift and Trello is a plus
Can work under minimal supervision.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule. (weekends and night shift schedule)
