POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a diligent Store Manager Assistant to join our team. You’ll help manage daily store operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive store productivity. Your role will be key in ensuring a positive customer experience and the smooth running of our store.
POSITION DETAILS
Type: This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
Location: Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
– Record and address problems in the store promptly and efficiently.
– Place test orders to ensure smooth store operation.
– Address customers’ complaints, striving to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
– Monitor order turnaround time to ensure timely delivery.
– Help create new and revise old email flows to enhance customer communication.
– Identify and analyze good competitors on social media to benchmark and improve our store performance.
– Assist in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
– Contribute to store marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and sales.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Proactive and able to work independently.
– Familiarity with GPT Chatbot technology.
– Fast working and result-oriented.
– Ambitious with a strong desire for professional growth and promotion to Store Manager.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively address customer complaints and queries.
– Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Basic understanding of retail management and customer service.
– Familiarity with content management systems such as Shopify is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 9,000 – 27,000 PHP per month or 1$-3$/hour
