Garden Tools Editor, Virtual Assistant, Copywriter – Work from Home

Defac Media is looking for an Editor, Virtual Assistant, Copywriter for a project we are working on:
– It is very important that you know a lot about garden machines and tools. We mean machines like lawnmowers, Pressure washers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, etc. Most of them can be gas or electric. Please let us know your knowledge level, what machines, how you obtained it, and how long you worked with them.
– An important part of the job is reviewing articles that deal with those machines. If you do not have extensive experience with them, this job is not for you.
– The most important part of the job involves reviewing articles and checking if they are correct. And if they miss important things. Of course, you can not know everything, so googling some things is fine, but your knowledge level should be such that you can review/fact-check most things without it.
– Doing some Google research to add some specific things to the article.
– If you have writing skills, the job can involve adding and/or rewriting some parts that are not correct. And improving where needed.

What we ask from you is:
– Having extensive knowledge about garden tools (machines like lawnmowers, Pressure washers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, etc. Most of them can be gas or electric)
– We hope you can work 30 to 40 hours per week. If you have less time, please let us know.
– Good English skills (all articles are in English)
– Good English writing skills would be a plus
– WordPress knowledge is a plus

We do not work with a fixed schedule as long as you can work the agreed hours.
