We’re a Dynamic Marketing Agency specializing in the Home Improvement Sector

Looking for an experienced and proactive Client Account Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving client success and eager to grow within a vibrant company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Be always available duing office hours.

Weekly Client Check-Ins: Regularly update clients on campaign progress and address any concerns or changes needed on scheduled weekly check in calls.

Client Onboarding: Seamlessly integrate new clients into our system, setting the stage for successful campaigns and long-term partnerships. (Learn more on the job – training)

Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments between clients and our team. Be responsive, make small talk and make people feel welcomed. (Learn more on the job – training)

Daily Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance and client feedback a the end of the day.

LERN ON THE JOB:

Creative Design: Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing materials tailored to each client’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent English And Communication Skills: Must possess outstanding verbal and written English skills for effective client communication.

Client Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively. Knowing how to deal with complains.

Cold Calling & Appointment Setting Experience: Must posses an ability to cold call leads and schedule appointments based on availability. Must be able to handle objections on the go and be light with words.

GOOD TO HAVE:

Experience In Media Buying: Proven experience specifically in media buying for home improvement companies.

Experience In Working With Home Improvement Companies, specifically Landscaping, Hardscaping or a Pool Building Companies.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week.

Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Monthly bonuses.
