General Accounting and Bookkeeping

We are hiring for a general accountant / bookkeeping / reports admin. You’ll be primarily supporting our operations team from a bookkeeping, accounting, and billing capacity.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for a variety of accounting, billing, reconciling activities for invoicing and payout for practicing doctors in the platform.
– Preparing month-end financial reports.
– Preparing data entry and posting of journal entries.
– Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
– Preparation of banking transactions in Online Banking Platforms.
– Preparing accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation.
– Lead/Assist in Projects undertaken by the Company;
– Assist in day to day administration work, (if any)

Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
– At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
– Must be able to communicate and comprehend proficiently in verbal and written English.
– Hands-on experience with spreadsheets – Google Sheets is a BIG plus!
– Experience dealing and working with a team, multiple stakeholders, and departments.
– Excellent knowledge of Business Finance, Client Invoice Management, Journal Entry, Reconciliation, and Bookkeeping.
– Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
– Strong attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
– Computer savvy, with an ability to adapt to new software.
– Problem-solving prowess.
– Previous experience in a BPO/outsourcing setting is a plus.
– Able to understand and operate accounting software.
– Must be proficient using VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCHING, and related formula.
– Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
