Job Description

1. **Reservation Management:**
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
– Coordinate with the reservation system to ensure accurate and up-to-date availability.
– Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide necessary details.

2. **Fleet Coordination:**
– Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule regular inspections and address any vehicle issues promptly.
– Work closely with cleaning staff to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition for customer use.
– Monitor fuel levels and coordinate refueling as needed.

3. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
– Verify and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
– Ensure all rental agreements are completed and filed appropriately.
– Generate and analyze reports on rental activities for management review.

4. **Customer Service:**
– Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
– Assist customers with pick-up and drop-off logistics, ensuring a smooth experience.
– Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.

5. **Marketing and Brand Promotion:**
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
– Create compelling content, including posts, images, and videos, to showcase the rental experience and promotions.
– Monitor social media channels for customer reviews and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.

6. **Lead Generation:**
– Implement SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online visibility.
– Develop and manage online advertising campaigns to target potential customers.
– Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to establish partnerships and referral programs.
– Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. **Content Creation:**
– Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
– Create engaging blog posts, articles, and other written materials to highlight the benefits of renting from our company.
– Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and relevant online presence.

8. **Lead Conversion:**
– Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
– Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads through targeted email campaigns and promotions.
– Analyze lead conversion metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

9. **Billing and Payments:**
– Process rental payments accurately and in a timely manner.
– Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
– Generate and send invoices to corporate clients and track payment status.

10. **Compliance and Regulations:**
– Stay informed about industry regulations, customer protection laws, and data privacy standards.
– Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.

11. **Digital Rental Agreements:**
– Implement and manage a system for sending rental agreements digitally to clients.
– Ensure the secure and timely delivery of digital contracts, providing clear instructions for review and completion.
– Collaborate with the IT department to streamline and optimize the digital agreement process.
– Monitor and track the status of digital agreements, following up with clients to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management.
Familiarity with SEO, online advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Additional Qualification:

Familiarity with electronic signature platforms and document management systems.
