Job Description

Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team complete administrative tasks, do social media management, and create systems for our business.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Meta Business Suite knowledge is a must)
Efficient using
Great at creating reels and other light video editing.
Familiarity with the project management tool, Trello
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly, and )
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures
General admin tasks
Light video editing.
Social Media Marketing Content creation, including reels, carousels, graphics, stories, pins, and IG highlights
Organizing Facebook group posts
20 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
