Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Admin to support the overall business operations of Elite Access. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. As a General Admin, you will play a crucial role in creating sales content, maintaining administrative systems, and providing logistical support

Key Responsibilities:

– Content Creation: Develop and distribute property investment explainer videos, graphics, articles, and other sales content.
– Administrative Support: Maintain the company’s CRM and other administrative systems to ensure smooth operations.
– Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for conferences, events, and other company activities.
– Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes to ensure consultants receive timely payouts every Friday.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client intake files and other essential documents.
– Communication: Coordinate internal communications and facilitate information flow between different departments.
– General Office Tasks: Handle general office tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

– Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a real estate or sales environment.
– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
– Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
