Job Opportunity: Part-time General Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to support us as a General Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant. This role offers 10-20 hours per week, with hourly compensation, providing crucial support to our founder as they navigate the exciting journey of starting a new company.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising important messages.
Tackle fixed-scope administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct online research on a variety of topics, utilising strong research skills to gather relevant information.
Provide basic financial and bookkeeping support to streamline budgeting processes.
Assist with household management tasks such as coordinating appointments for housekeeping or maintenance services.
Handle online shopping tasks, making purchases in line with specified preferences and requirements.
Manage scheduling responsibilities, ensuring meetings and appointments are organised and well-coordinated.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, tackling unexpected challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
Take charge of travel bookings, arranging transportation and accommodations as needed.
Support with other day-to-day tasks as required, always maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in basic financial tasks and bookkeeping principles.
Ability to conduct effective online research with minimal guidance.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
