We are an Australian-based supplier to the building industry. We supply commercial lighting (LED) and Acoustic products.
We are 10 years old and are going through some big growth changes and need help with everyday tasks.
Ideally we want someone with an understanding of how to navigate their way around WordPress. You don’t need to be an expert, just able to add our new products to our site. Templates and format are already done, you just need to gather information from our suppliers to add the product to our website, at the same time updating our pricing spreadsheets.
We also need some help with setting up products in our ERP/CRM software. We can train you how to use this.
You will very much be a part of our team, so regular communication throughout the day is a must.
I have managed staff and worked in the Philippines for many years, so I can easily make you feel included and a part of our team. You will be working with key staff within our business. We have the tools to collaborate with us.
You will need to work in Australian AEST hours (8am to 4:30pm AEST Monday to Friday).
Dual monitors, a good reliable internet connection and good organisational skills are a must. We would also like you to have a webcam and headset for team meetings.

– Strong technical slills (WordPress, experience in CRM or ERP systems)

– Experience in product management (understanding of setting up products)
– Some Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop etc) able to edit images.
– An understanding of Styleguides- Sticking to consistent font, image style, design and colour.
