General Admin – Energize Your Career in EV Technology!
Overview:
Join our innovative team at a leading company specializing in supplying and installing EV charging stations on commercial properties. In this role, you’ll be essential in managing administrative tasks across various departments, with a focus on efficiency and effective communication.
What You’ll Do:
– Oversee all incoming invoices in coordination with the Accounting Team. This includes confirming action items with managers, monitoring invoices, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
– Handle the input of all incoming addresses and relevant property details into Monday CRM, and assist in the preliminary stages of client engagement.
– Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming emails, act as a liaison between departments, and organize meetings, including sending reminders and preparing agendas.
– Handle e-signatures, manage document flow, and create and edit project-related documents as needed.
– Research and apply for rebates, manage applications, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Who We’re Looking For:
– Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision, particularly in managing administrative tasks.
– Efficient Communicator: Excellent skills in managing and prioritizing communication across multiple platforms.
– Administrative Skills: Capable of handling administrative tasks in different departments effectively.
– Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets.
– Experience: General work experience is required. Experience with Monday CRM is a plus.
