Job Description

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and highly organised individual in a supporting role to the Admin & Operations Department. This role would best suit an entry level candidate looking to gain experience in operations and general administrative support. You will be reporting to the Admin Manager, Admin Leads, and/or Operations Manager.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as part of a small team, whilst
independently and proactively completing tasks. Excellent organisation, communication, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential requirements. The nature of this role requires a tactful and keen approach. A strong internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Slack and project management tools like Clickup.

Your administrative roles will consist but are not limited to information management and support, review of information sent and received in line with the Ofsted standards as a care provider, and updating internal databases. Other than this, you will assist in general tasks needed to ensure operations of the team and the business flows smoothly. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision and with steep learning curve.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Help coordinate and confirm information in the organisation
– Manage incoming and outgoing information in relation to child’s files
– Update internal databases accurately
– Complete tasks in need of administrative support
– Respond, or help prepare responses for internal and external communication
– Coordinating information and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
– Update documents and sheets with relevant information in relation to the children in the business
– Other ad hoc duties as required by the operations department
– Phone support and email management

OTHER DUTIES

– Undertake other duties as assigned by management and commensurate with the level of this post.
– Foster a positive work environment with a good team spirit including the wider support teams, with co admins and staff experience at the forefront of all efforts.
