Remote, work from home.
Job Type:
Full-time 40 hours per week.
Salary:
40,000 PHP
Hours (in Philippine Time): The company is based in Australia
4:45 am – 01:15 pm (with 30 min lunch break)
Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
-Responding to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, chat, or email.
-Booking Service Calls for Spa Maintenance/Repair
-Communicate with clarity and empathy, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. Provide relevant information to enhance their overall experience.
-Specialise in managing escalated customer issues and finding solutions promptly.
General Admin
-Data entry: such as inputting information into spreadsheets, databases, or other online tools
-Research: Conduct research as needed to support projects, including gathering information, analysing data, and preparing summaries or reports
-Document preparation: creating and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals
-Project Coordination: Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team
-Familiar with QuickBooks for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
-Regular Website Updates
-Creating Monthly Newsletter
-Database management.
-Proofread documents and other office materials.
-Word processing.
-Reporting and data collation.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
-At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian, or European clients.
-Customer Service experience ideally from BPO of at least 2 years
-High Speed Internet ideally Fibre Connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download speed
-Excellent communication skills
-High Attention to detail
-Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as Asana, Trello, , etc.
-Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
-Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
-Experience working from home, remotely, and 100% online.
-Excellent time management skills
