The Position
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide both tech and admin support while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tech and admin tasks, including website updates, CRM management, answering emails, scheduling meetings, social media management, research, and more. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using various online communication tools. Ultimately, we require all-around excellence in delivering high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Collating Metrics into Spreadsheets
Managing Inbox
Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
Scheduling Zoom Calls and calendaring
Conduct research on various topics
Manage Social Media Posting
Creation of graphics / social media posts
Managing website updates in WordPress and Thinkific
Managing database and email marketing in Active Campaign
Project Tasks
Organise clients’ calendar
And more!

Skills, Experience & Requirements
More than 4 years as with proven experience as a tech VA
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
Familiarity with our tech: WordPress, AccessAlly, Active Campaign, Canva, Vimeo, Otter, Asana, Slack, Google Suite
Familiarity with Social media management and posting (Facebook and Instagram), and posting in Facebook groups and on pages
Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets
Experience with transcription / editing (in English)
Good with numbers
High Attention to detail
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
Ideally, you know the following Software / Platforms
Asana, Slack, Clockify, WordPress,, AccessAlly, AddEvent, Zoom, Canva, GSuite, Loom, Vimeo, YouTube, ActiveCampaign, Otter.

45,000 PHP per month
Hours (in Philippine Time):
7am – 3pm
(The client is based in Australia so work hours would be around 9am – 5pm AEST)
