Job Description

GENERAL ADMIN ROCKSTARVA to perform a variety of administrative tasks such as cold calling, research, lead generation and general admin work on a daily basis. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various functions within the company while also engaging in cold calling activities to generate leads and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

At Least 5 years COLD CALLING experience
Proficient and has high attention to details
Produce work with a high level of accuracy
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful
Proactive

Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
Introduce the company’s products/services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Document and track lead interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies.

Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Conduct internet research to gather information for various projects.
Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and workshops.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of cold calling activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses.
Regularly update and manage the CRM database with relevant information.
Provide insights and reports on cold calling performance and lead generation efforts.

Communication:
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal teams and external prospects.
Provide timely updates on task progress, challenges, and successes.

Time Management:
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet administrative and cold calling goals.
Manage own schedule and workload to ensure optimal productivity.
