We are looking for a **General Administrative Assistant** to work on various admin tasks for our for our Cleaning Business. You will be working directly with our company, so an A+ level of English communication skills and high initiative is required. Please do not apply if you think you’re not a good fit for the role.

**Responsibilities**
– Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
– Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
– Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
– Act as the point of contact for customers and clients
– Coordinate with boots-on-the-ground for cleanings
– Maintain contact lists and company databases
– Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
– Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
– Create detailed SOPs about company procedures and policies for future reference
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
– Screen candidates resumes and job applications
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
– Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
– Research software options for company use
– Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks
**Requirements**
– Previous experience in a customer support role
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
