As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of the business operations. This multifaceted position involves a mix of administrative tasks, client correspondence, sales support, and basic marketing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative
-Transaction Encoding
Input and encode transactions into the software application with accuracy.
Assist in sorting reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
-Client Correspondence
Communicate with clients, running monthly reports, and sending them promptly.
Offer support during the sales process, coordinating meetings with Kay and organizing relevant documentation.
-Meetings and Sales Support
Handle administrative aspects of meetings, including sending information to potential clients.
Follow up with emails or SMS after sales calls and support in onboarding new clients.
-LinkedIn outreach
Conduct research on LinkedIn for potential leads and engage in outreach.
Monitor Stripe payments for any issues and correspond with clients as needed.
-Customer Service and Communication:
Suitable for someone who enjoys a customer service representative (CSR) role.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
-Detail-Oriented Approach:
Showcase attention to detail in bookkeeping tasks (experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
Assist in creating folders, organizing client information, and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for client correspondence.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping (experience is advantageous but not necessary).
Comfortable with LinkedIn research and messaging.
Enjoyment of customer service roles.

BENEFITS:
-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
