General Assisitant

I have several needs from a virtual assistant. I am happy to post jobs individually but ideally, I will find a preson who is flexible and can start with the easy tasks and grow with my business. I would prefer to get to know someone who I can trust rather than keep posting separate jobs.

My initial requirment is for data entry. I am building an ecommerce store and I need someone to upload information from the supplier to an excel spread sheet ready for me to upload to the website.

In addition, these tasks would be helpful and the more you can do, the more work I can give you. English will need to be good enough to recognise when something is not right.

Add images and further details to the product section in WooCommerce
Add Meta Descriptions and titles
Add linked products and cross sells
Add attributes
Check current pricing on competitor websites
Create product posts for Google business and social media.

I also have other websites that I work on which require copy and pasting information such as PLR articles and recipes.

Experience with Canva will also be useful.

To further continue to work with me on other roles would require that you are creative and familiar with Canva and any other programmes that are listed below would be helpful but not essential. Some training could be given but all related knowledge would be advantageous.

Repurposing content across platforms – website, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.

Adding content to publishers such as Metricool and Buffer.

Running reports in Surfer SEO

Creating content in Canva

Video editing in Camtasia and Descript

Creating content in Sketch Wow

Pulling off reports and summarising in Semrush and BrightLocal.

My websites are built with WordPress with Divi. I use Digital Access Pass for courses and memberships, Smart Forum Builder, Smart Quiz Builder and Thrive Quizzes.

I also use Jasper, Chat GPT and Gemini.

Although I am using Excel for the spreadsheet for the Ecommerce project, generally, I use the Google Suite of tools, Trello, Notion and Toggl Track.

I am based in the UK. You would not be required to be available for UK hours. Work when you want. Initially at least 20 hours per week. maybe more. The job will be easier if you have a two screen computer set up.
