General Assistant

You will be a general assistant for a High Ticket E-Commerce Store.

You will be responsible for 2 main roles:
1. Uploading products from suppliers into Shopify
2. Responding to customer service chat requests on Chatra

Uploading products from Suppliers into Shopify:

You will get product and pricing sheets which you will upload into Shopify’s back end. You will be responsible for making sure product names are correct, vendors are listed, SKUs are inputted, and products are in the correct collections on Shopify. You will write product descriptions using specific prompts on ChatGPT, which you will copy and paste into Shopify. You will make simple edits to product images and upload them as well. You will also be responsible for making sure product pages have the correct layouts and high-quality images.

Responding to customer service chat requests on Chatra:

You will respond to customer requests on Chatra within 1 minute with a polite and even tone. You will be available during work hours and may need to switch from uploading products to respond to customer service chats regularly.

What you will bring:
-A proficiency in English, written and spoken
-The ability to type more than 50 words per minute
-Computer skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) a must

This is a job that has room for career growth. You will start off as a general assistant, and depending on the quality and speed of your work, you will graduate to an Assistant Leader, and from there to Operations Manager and possibly Executive Assistant.
