You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our team, and your attention to detail and organizational skills will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain records of transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
– Maintain records of employee timesheets, salary payments, and pension contributions.
– Reconcile our books to assert the accuracy of transactions (purchases, payments, return & refunds of orders, etc.)
– Assist daily in purchasing for our company’s day-to-day operations – training will be provided
– Updating inventory in inventory management system and preparation of stock report
– General secondary support of other VAs for other administrative tasks (covering)
– Ad Hoc service requests with merchants and ensuring follow ups
Some basic requirements we would need from you:
– Modern desktop or laptop computer
– High speed, reliable internet (5Mbps or faster)
– Ability to work and take phone calls in a quiet environment
– Quick and responsive (by WhatsApp or Slack) and respond to requests.
