I am seeking a dedicated and trainable individual to join my team as an E-commerce Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our TikTok shops dropshipping business. No specific skills or experience are required . I will provide comprehensive training and guidance. All you need is a workable computer, internet connection, and a strong work ethic. If you’re hardworking, honest, and eager to contribute to our business’s success, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Requirements:
Able to understand English, write in English (grammatically correct), as well as speak English (not fluently but at least understandable).
Strong interest and dedication to the growth of the business. Always striving for the best! Always improving work output and looking for feedback!
Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately. Without needing help.
Preferable computer knowledgeable . Meaning knowing the ins and outs of using the internet, chrome, and more.
Ability to work productively and efficiently even when the work is overwhelming and or soon to be completed.

Task/Role description:
Process Orders: Process orders quickly and according to me.
Google Spreadsheet: Using google spreadsheet to track orders & for other things.
After sale: Handle returns, refunds, etc.
Customer service: Requiring you to message customer inquiries and emails
Product listings: Listing products daily accordingly.
