We are based in New Zealand and have clients across NZ, Australia and North America.

*Responsibilities*

As our Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and the Umanest team.
Your responsibilities will include:

– Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
– Customer Support: Engage with clients to provide exceptional support and ensure their satisfaction.
– Accounts Management: Assist in handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
– Marketing Assistance: Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote Umanest’s mission and products.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, fostering effective communication and synergy.
– Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing key projects to drive company objectives.

*Qualifications*

– Proven Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using SaaS tools and a quick learner of new technologies.
– Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Initiative: Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
– Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment.
