Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) will oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The GM will be responsible for strategic planning, improving performance, procurement, and securing compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee all operational activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
– Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term strategies for the company.
– Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
– Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
– Ensure the team is adequately trained and equipped with the necessary skills and tools.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
– Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
– Oversee the operations budget, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
– Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to the CEO and board of directors.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
– Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team.
– Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Report on operational performance to the executive team regularly.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
– Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
– Proven track record of managing complex operations and leading large teams.
– Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
– Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
