General Manager / Country Lead
Full-time | 40 hours per week
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PHT, with some flexibility

About the Role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced General Manager to spearhead our transformation in integrating AI and expanding our virtual assistant services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, provide outstanding customer service, and drive innovation in our offerings. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the team, and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
Lead the company’s transformation efforts, integrating AI and expanding the scope of our virtual assistant services to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.
Develop and implement strategies for achieving company goals and objectives related to the AI-driven transformation.
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and understand their unique needs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve company objectives and goals, while fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and growth.
Identify areas of improvement within the company, and implement solutions to drive change and growth.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s new vision, increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth.
Analyze and interpret financial data to make informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of driving change management and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience in AI integration, digital transformation, or technology-driven initiatives.
Strong understanding of customer needs and exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for achieving company objectives and goals.
Experience managing and leading a team of professionals.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other teams.
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Experience with virtual assistant services is a plus.
