General Manager – EVORETRO

Job Description:

EVORETRO is a leading company in the collectibles industry, specializing in innovative products for card and memorabilia enthusiasts. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager with a strong finance background to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. In addition, knowledge of physical product management, Amazon, retail, and distributor relationships will be considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth
– Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory management
– Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective budget planning and cost control
– Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
– Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the collectibles or consumer goods industry
– Strong knowledge of physical product management, Amazon, retail, and distributor relationships
– Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
– Proficient in financial software and systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
