We’re in search of a General Marketing Assistant who is organized, has great project management skills, and is ready to work closely with our VP of Marketing. If you’re good at coordinating projects, assisting with marketing campaigns, and preparing detailed reports, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

– Work directly with the VP of Marketing on various tasks and projects.
– Assist in running marketing campaigns from start to finish.
– Coordinate projects and ensure they are completed on time.
– Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Specialist to conduct research for our campaigns.
– Prepare detailed reports on the results of our marketing efforts.
– Help with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

– A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role.
– Strong project management and organizational skills.
– Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
– Experience conducting market research and preparing detailed reports.
– Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
