General Marketing Assistant

Hi there – I’m looking for a full-time assistant to become my right-hand man/woman in my E-commerce business. I am looking for someone who’s passionate about E-commerce and has experience in a variety of different fields.

This position is not an easy one, but there will be massive growth opportunities (salary and experience).

Here is what the role entails, an experience I’m looking for, and additional details about the role:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Responding to customer support inquires
– Reaching out to TikTok influencers & potential partners to foster a long-term relationship
– Managing the CEO’s calendar, creating meetings, and scheduling all appointments
– Conducting competitor research and product research for the brands we plan to launch
– Creating basic graphic designs for Facebook Advertising
– Managing email marketing campaigns
– Becoming well-versed in project management in systems such as ClickUp

… And anything else that the business needs 🙂

EXPERIENCE:

– Passionate towards E-commerce (or experience working for a DTC or E-commerce brand)
– Experience using Shopify & Shopify Plus
– Experience in landing page wireframing & product page design
– Experience editing photos (Adobe Photoshop) or editing videos (Adobe Premier Pro)
– Experience in design software such as Canva, Figma, and the Adobe Suite
– Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or running influencer marketing campaigns
– Experience in product research (using tools such as SimilarWeb, AHREFS, Google Trends, Amazon Search, etc.)
– Experience in cold outbound, email marketing, or customer support (include the word blue in your application for this position so I know you read this job description)
– Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Slack, Discord, etc.

SALARY & OPPORTUNITY:

This position starts at $300 USD per month. I am planning on building a large team in the next 1-2 years, so this is a massive opportunity to work side-by-side with me as I grow our collection of E-commerce businesses.

Depending on your passions/goals, I’d be more than happy to move you into a new role if you find there is a better one suited for you over time. But for now, I’m looking for an amazing assistant who can help me with everything that needs to get done in the business from design to project management to product research.
