Job Title: General Marketing Specialist (Startup Fitness Program)

Working time: Sunday – Thursday 1 pm – 10 pm PH time

Rate : Monthly compensation in the range of $800 – $1,600, depending on the experience.
Yearly bonus for exceptional performance.

Position Overview:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated General Virtual Assistant with a specialty in marketing to join our team and help drive our brand’s online presence and customer engagement.

In the dynamic fitness startup scene, we’re actively seeking an enthusiastic General Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in our growing team. You’ll be the linchpin of our daily operations, collaborating closely with the CEO to bring our vision, mission, and goals to life by accomplishing various tasks with the help of project management and AI tools.

Responsibilities:
As a General Virtual Assistant at our startup fitness company, your role will encompass various tasks geared toward finishing the program we are currently working on. Key responsibilities include

Script Editing:
• Review and edit scripts for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
• Ensure the script aligns with the intended tone and message.
• Suggest improvements for storytelling and engagement.
Copywriting:
• Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials.
• Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and product descriptions.
• Adapt the tone and style to target audiences.
Content Creation:
• Generate original and valuable content for different platforms.
• Tailor content to suit specific marketing goals.
Graphic Design:
• Create visual assets like logos, banners, and promotional materials.
• Design aesthetically pleasing graphics that align with the brand’s identity.
• Optimize images for online and print use.

Video Editing (Software to use Kapwing):
• Edit and assemble video footage to create polished videos.
• Add transitions, music, text overlays, and effects as needed.
• Ensure videos meet specified length and quality standards.
Project Management:
• Plan and coordinate projects, setting objectives and timelines.
• Allocate resources and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Social Media Management:
• Curate and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community.
• Analyze metrics to refine social media strategies.
Ads Management:
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns.
• Set budgets, target audiences, and ad content.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for better results.
Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the fitness program.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Funnel Creation
• Experience with funnel creation and funnel software like ClickFunnel, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, etc is an advantage.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Attitude and Character: Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while demonstrating unwavering character and integrity in all interactions.
• Organizational Skills: Assist in organizing tasks and schedules, as the founder has expressed a need for enhanced organization.
• Verbal Communication: Engage in regular communication with the founder, facilitating open and clear discussions.
• Research Skills: Conduct research as required to support the founder’s ongoing creative projects and business ventures.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle email correspondence, paperwork, and scheduling appointments, among other typical administrative responsibilities.
• Loyalty: Build a strong and trustworthy working relationship with the founder and the team, ensuring their confidence in your loyalty.
• Patience: Recognize the founder’s patience as a key attribute and demonstrate patience when working together.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms such as:

Google Workspace
