General Purpose + Ecommerce VA

I’m looking for someone to help me better manage my life, do basic research, help me complete tasks, and generally help me stay organized. You will spend about half of your time helping my company and the other half of the time helping me and some of my other businesses directly. You will need to be able to make phone calls, think critically, and have good english skills.

I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing.

Some tasks you will do to help my ecommerce company or myself

– Research contact information from a list of names, contact them by phone, and fill in forms to create new accounts/relationships with business partners
– Research products with software tools
– Help keep me accountable about my personal health by reviewing sleep/food/workout data and my daily todo list and messaging me to make sure I’m on track
– Research the best way to get credit and financing for my business
– Communicate with alibaba suppliers, source the best price, and generate full quotes based on a set of requirements (shipping times, shipping type, lead time, price, etc.)
– Research tax specialists for me to talk to
– Research how to start an email marketing agency
– Research the best strategy for ads
– Research products on tik tok
– Find the products on alibaba, source the suppliers
– Build a shopify website
– Send cold emails to similar people
– Email Marketing for a new exclusive business owners club
– Screen emails and forward next actions, order updates, process refunds
– Screen emails and draft replies to emails (this is the majority of the role)
– Help manage calendar and draft thank you / follow-up emails from audio messages I prepare.
– Run and supervise computer programs (I’ll show you how)
– Basic customer service for my e-commerce business (research issue, copy and paste from a list of replies)

Requirements

– The most important skill for this job is strong written English communication skills
– I’m also looking for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size or complexity
– At least six hours of overlap with US Pacific business hours (09:30 – 19:30 in UTC?07:00) Monday – Friday
– Pay: TBD. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job
– I am looking for a full-time employee.

About me

I run three different companies: an online amazon store, a dropshipping company, and a few marketing agencies. I have been working with VAs for about three months now and all my VAs have been very happy to work with me.
